Cornerstone Village offers residents 43 different floor plans in 4 unique buildings, which span a full city block. Each of the four buildings has it's own history. The historic Manor building, on the SW corner of Peachtree and 6th, is a Neil Reid design from 1923. Previously a hotel, the Manor building consists of forty one-bedroom condos. The community offices, laundry, gym, and theatre are also in the Manor building. The six story 800 building, located on the NW corner of Peachtree and 5th, was built around 1947. The 800 building has over 100 one- and two-bedroom lofts occupying the upper five floors. Street level retail fills the first floor, as part of the Midtown Mile. The 100 building of Cornerstone Village, located on the SE corner of 6th and Cypress, was built in 2001. With high ceilings and exposed duct work, these one- and two-bedroom loft homes have a contemporary feel. The 200 Gallery Building is similar, with one and two bedroom floorplans. It was also built in 2001 and many of the units overlook the pool.
